Our company was founded in June 1999 whose designed annual production capacity is about 10000 tons chlorinated polyethylene and total investment is 80 million RMB. The first phase of 3000tons per year production plant was put into production in end of 1999 and second phase of 12000 tons per year chlorinated polyethylene rubber is put into costruction at the beginning of 2000. The company is located in Xiaoshan Economic & Technologycal Development Zone (state class) wich is not faraway from the West Lake of Hangzhou,No.104 state highway,Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo expressway and Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.
